Our manuscript to Video Endocrinology was recently accepted demonstrating the use of Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for the treatment of recurrent metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma to a lymph node. RFA can be used for large benign nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and in select cases of primary hyperparathyroidism or thyroid cancer.
